Prior Work History: Prior to forming Denizen Management in 2012, Mr. Anderson began Anderson Birkla Investment Partners and Allied Diversified Construction in 2007 which provides development and construction services.   Prior to the current operations, Mr. Anderson worked for Pedcor Investments, Indianapolis Indiana as Vice President in development; and then Flaherty & Collins Properties, Indianapolis Indiana as Senior Vice President of Development & Finance.

Education: Mr. Anderson is a Highest Distinction/Summa Cum Laude graduate of the Indiana University School of Business, Bloomington Indiana with a BS in Finance and Management.  Mr. Anderson also has music education from Indiana School of Music, Bloomington Indiana and Musicians Institute, Hollywood California.

Prior Work History: In addition to his duties with Denizen Management, Mr. Anderson is a private practice Indiana Certified Residential Appraiser and owner and manager of single and multi-family housing.  Mr. Anderson began his Real Estate career in residential sales in 1979, then as an Indiana Certified Residential Appraiser; becoming a limited partner with Ferling, Zinn & Anderson in 1980, Principal/Partner with Ferling-Anderson Company in 1986; then beginning private practice in 1998.

Education: Mr. Anderson holds professional certifications from Indiana University Purdue University, Indianapolis Indiana for Real Estate Sales and Brokerage; National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers in all areas of residential appraisals; and maintains continuing education in the states of Indiana, Kentucky and Nebraska.

Associations: Mr. Anderson is member of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers and has served as an officer with the Indianapolis Chapter; a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors.  Mr. Anderson has also served on the Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals for New Whiteland Indiana.

Prior Work History: Prior to joining Denizen Management in 2013, Mr. Colborn began his real estate career with Prudential One as an Ohio Real Estate Agent in 2007.  He then transitioned to multifamily management as an Assistant Manager for CORE Realty Holdings, Columbus Ohio; then a support manager for 5 properties with MAA, Lexington Kentucky.  After joining Denizen Management, Mr. Colborn advanced from Concierge to General Manager and then to QUE Training & Development.

Education: Mr. Colborn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Psychology from Franklin University, Columbus, Ohio and an Ohio Real Estate Certification.

Prior Work History: Prior to Denizen Management, Ms. Lukjanenko has worked as a Manager for Maggiano’s Little Italy, then beginning her career in property management as an Account Manager for ABM (Liberty Mutual portfolio) in 2006. Subsequently, she joined Apollo Property Management as a Property Manager; then General Manager (three (3) properties); advancing to Regional Manager.

Education: Ms. Lukjanenko holds a BS in Accounting from University of Latvia, Riga Latvia; and a BS in Accounting and Business Administration from University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Ohio.  Ms. Lukjanenko is also a Certified Apartments Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS).

Following 2012, Mr. Stephens transitioned from consulting to the business community where he has excelled in sales since. His ability to effectively develop valuable relationships and consistently convert a prospect to a client has led to his success in sales for many years.
